Sequential Spelling ("we," "us") operates sequentialspelling.com, an online spelling program used by instructors, parents, and students. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.
When you create an instructor account, we collect your name, email address, and password. When you add a student, we collect the student's first name and the lesson activity, scores, and progress they generate while using the program. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card number.
We use this information to operate your account — running lessons, tracking progress, showing gradebook results, and processing purchases. We also send account-related emails: password resets, signup/email confirmations, lesson-completion results, and occasional product updates about the site.
Emails about your account — such as password resets and signup confirmations — are sent to keep your account working and aren't optional. Emails about product updates or new features include an unsubscribe link in the footer; clicking it removes that address from future update emails. See our unsubscribe page.
We don't sell your information or a student's information to third parties. We don't share student data — period.
We retain account and lesson data for as long as your account is active so your history and gradebook stay available. You can request deletion of your account and associated student data by emailing support@sequentialspelling.com. You may also delete your account from your instructor settings.
